Returns Policy

If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your items for a prompt refund or exchange. Refunds for items returned within thirty (30) days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. Refunds for items returned between 30 and 120 days after the purchase date will be in the form of a credit redeemable on your next purchase. The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. If you have an exchange for the same dollar amount as the original purchase, no additional shipping or handling charges will be incurred.

You can trust that your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered. Sanhelios USA can ship products anywhere in the contiguous United States free of charge (for orders over $45.00) using UPS. A shipping charge of $11.95 will be applied on orders under $45.00.  Additional shipping options may be available for overnight delivery.

All orders must total over $45 (after discounts) to qualify for free shipping via UPS.

When you place an order, we will estimate delivery dates based upon the availability of your item(s). We currently do not offer international shipping. Please call for shipping rates for orders to HI, AK and PR and other US Territories. These delivery addresses will incur additional charges based on current shipping rates and will be added to your order, you will be notified of the additional charges and you can decline them if you like.
